What is the total cost over the full term?
What will they charge if you need to leave early?

2. What you actually get

Don’t just focus on the phone model – check the allowances.

Minutes, texts and data included each month
Any speed caps or “fair usage” limits
Roaming – what happens when you travel abroad?
